The metal reinforcements offer increased rigidity and are machined from aluminium legure; this is a specific marine grade metal-alloy that is hardened, anti-magnetic and highly anti-corrosive.
It has been installed on both Bulgarian and Polish AK47 & AKM gas tubes and perfectly fit with a good feel and nice look.
