Shipping Policy
All orders of items that are in stock are processed upon receipt and shipped upon payment of the order. You will be notified of any items that are not in stock for shipment; this may be either Back-Ordered or Discontinued, etc . Normal processing time is 1-3 business days and delivery via GLS or UPS is generally 1-6 business days depending on your delivery address. Transit times may be calculated by visiting https://gls-group.eu/ or https://www.ups.com/
Regular shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of all items, and the dimensions of the box(es) being shipped.
A street address is required for us to ship via GLS or UPS. Additional postage may be due at time of shipping.
NOTE: On overweight or oversized items, an additional Heavy Weight Surcharge may be added to the price.
INSURANCE: Parcels shipped with GLS are insured to a value of 200€. Parcels shipped internationally via UPS are automatically insured up to a value of 100USD and Post of Slovenia (Pošta Slovenije Group) is NOT insured at all - if you wish the total value of your parcel insured, please contact us about extra insurance (insurance in this case is 1% of the total value or a minumum of 9,9€)
International Orders
We ship all over the world. Order from EU countries are processed and shipped normaly without any restrictions or customs. Outside European countries shipping is only possible with Post service and can take longer than otherwise claimed. Also, restrictions might be in place and customs charges might be included for orders out of EU. For further information on orders from out of EU please send us an email to info@365-plus.com

Restricted Items: It is the sole responsibility of the customer to check with local authorities on purchase of pepper spray, stun guns, knives, swords, machetes, gun parts and accessories, jammers, ballistic items and similar as well as any other hazardous articles offered for sale. Buyer is to ascertain and comply with all applicable local, country laws regarding possession and use of these items. By placing an order, buyer represents that they are of legal age and will use items only in a legal and lawful way.
Furthermore, any claims an item meets and or exceeds Military Standards (DOD) is based upon the manufacturers claim to us. 365+ has no means to scientifically prove or disprove such claims.
Return Policy
As a client from within EU, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 14 days of receipt for a replacement. For your protection please insure the package. If the return is because we made a mistake, we will reimburse your surface shipping costs; however, this is at 365+ discretion. Express Services (such as 3 Day or FedEx 2 Day) will NOT be refunded. We do not reimburse for special handling, charges incurred by using other mail facilities such as Express post Etc... If your replacement item is in stock, it should reach you in 2-3 weeks (Note: food items, gas masks, disaster preparedness items, books & videos are not returnable.)

To be sure that your order is secure, simply check your Web browser while you are in the ordering section. Most browsers use some sort of symbol to alert you to the fact that you are on a secured Website. For example, Netscape and Internet Explorer use icons - either a padlock or a key - in the bottom left hand corner that appear when the site is secured.
We will store your shipping and billing information if you create an account with us, but this information will not be used by anyone but 365+ as described below in our privacy policy.

Those employees that do have access are required to abide by our privacy policy. We also require that those third parties who provide services to us and may have access to customer information (such as data collection, storage and reporting services and mail vendors) share our commitment to maintaining your privacy and adhere to our company's nondisclosure requirements. As stated above, we do not under any circumstances sell or rent customer information to any outside company or organization nor do we permit any such organization to use customer information for its own business purposes.
In fact, we will release specific information about you only if we are compelled to do so to comply with valid legal processes such as a search warrant, subpoena or court order or in the unlikely situation where we, in good faith, believe such information is necessary to prevent harm to you or others.

If we learn that a child has made a purchase from 365+ without his or her parent's consent, we immediately, upon parental request, void the sale and refund any monies collected on the return of the merchandise.
