This light features the flash modes of both the Navy Special Warfare and Government Agent models in both IR and Green light as well as a Steady-On IR and Green illuminator. The IR illuminator is user-programmable and incorporates Mockingbird® Technology which can copy any IR light source pattern that is put in front of it. In the field the user can use any IR illuminator, another VIPIR™ or other IR Source - including sunlight - to program the light; with up to twenty seconds of recording time, the possibilities are endless.
The light also utilizes our exclusive Reverse Polarity Program Switching®. This feature assures that once the light is switched to Covert mode it will not become an Overt beacon unintentionally and vice versa.
Comes installed with removable MOLLE Compatible Belt Clip.

Mockingbird Technology
Adventure Lights' Mockingbird® Technology allows users to record and playback their own unique flashing sequences to their product. Programmable beacons will have at least one Record function and one Playback function. The Record function can be used to set the Playback function to whatever speed or pattern that best fits the application the light is being used for, by sensing and memorizing a flashing sequence from an outside light source (must have a near IR Wavelength). External light sources that can be used to program VIPs, Guardians or Tridents with Mockingbird Technology include white flashlights, IR output VIPs, or even sunlight, removing the need for programming tools that may be lost or unavailable.
Reverse Polarity Program Switching
Our pioneered, unique and patented Reverse Polarity Switching® allows our products to double their useful features while helping to maintain our waterproof and durability credentials. By simply flipping the battery over, additional features are available. Based on the model, Reverse Polarity Program Switching® can be utilized for different purposes. For some products, through our Mockingbird® feature, the user can program unique signatures with the programming settings separated from in-field functions. On others, overt (visual) and covert (IR) functions are separated to prevent accidental identification. The possibilities are nearly endless. Please see each product’s specifications or simulation to experience Reverse Polarity Program Switching® on the product of your choice.
