DPM TRRS for Beretta APX Compact – Centurion 3.7″ & Centurion Combat 4.2″ (Threaded) Telescopic System
This DPM Telescopic Recoil Reduction System for the Beretta pistol APX Compact etc. works due to the multi spring intricate rod (3 independent springs U.S PAT. 10.006.729 B2), controls the functionality of the pistol, using more efficient the limited internal space of the compact and sub-compact pistols have. The 3 springs of the system are aligned and gradually compressed, so as to offer a very elastic effect of the slide travel and the same time the exchangable external springs of the system provide an additional force that stops the violent rams on the frame.
*B.O.S.S: Black Oxide Stainless Steel its an innovative coating technology applied usualy on the visible parts of the recoil system.
Included with the DPM system are 2 external springs, both with different power rates, so the user can fine tune the pistol recoil with different type of ammunition according his/hers personal standards.

This DPM TRRS for specific Beretta APX model the external springs are designed to offer also buffer ability.
Slide idle position (on the battery):
Silver 1.3mm spring wire diameter (Short-Heavy): 4.6 kgs/ 10 lbs
Gold 1.25mm spring wire diameter (Long-Soft): 4.6 kgs/ 10 lbs
Slide full open position:
Silver 1.3mm spring wire diameter (Short-Heavy): 8.9 kgs/ 19.6 lbs
Gold 1.25mm spring wire diameter (Long-Soft): 7.4 kgs/ 16.3 lbs
* The difference uppon the power rates is that the long spring is offering smoother buffer as it is thinner than the silver one.
